Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please log into your account, go to Order History, and select the cancel option. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery, and a refund will be initiated once the package reaches us.

Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Innerwear, customized items, and clearance items are non-returnable.
• Return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or as store credit.
